We’re early, and we want to build giving in from the very start. So we’ve made a simple, standing promise: we set aside 1% of our revenue to help fund coaching for people who can’t afford it.
We’ve committed one percent of our revenue to help fund coaching for people who genuinely can’t afford it. It’s a small start, made on purpose — and we’ll always be honest about how it grows.
We’re at the very beginning. Our hope is to work alongside established programs — like the ICF Foundation’s Ignite, which funds coaching for people leading social-impact work — and to make it easy for coaches here to take on a funded client when they’re ready. We’re not there yet, and we’ll only ever describe what’s actually real.
Our aim: every coach can see the coaching their subscription helps make possible, and share that in their own way.
When the time comes, you’ll be able to take on someone who couldn’t otherwise afford coaching — with a trusted partner handling intake and care, so you can simply coach.
A note on honesty: this is a real commitment, but a humble one. It grows as we grow, and we’ll never dress it up as more than it is. “Evo Foundation” is just the name for our giving — not a registered charity.
When you coach with Evo, a little of what you pay helps fund coaching for someone who couldn’t otherwise reach it.
