These terms are an agreement between you and EvolveWell, Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as Evo (“Evo,” “we,” “us”), located at 1149 Amalfi Dr, Pacific Palisades, CA 90272, United States. They cover your use of Evo for Relationships. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
Evo for Relationships is AI-powered supportive coaching for a relationship you choose (a partner, parent, co-founder, friend). It is not therapy, medical or mental-health treatment, or crisis care, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. If you or someone else may be in danger or crisis, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right away. The AI can be wrong or incomplete, and it’s always upfront that it’s an AI.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Evo for Relationships.
You sign in with a one-time magic link sent to your email, so there’s no password to manage. You’re responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for activity in your account.
You can invite another person into a shared space. Only invite someone who wants to take part. Each person gets their own account and their own private space, and the private/shared boundary applies to everyone. Don’t use Evo for Relationships to harass, coerce, surveil, impersonate, or mislead another person, and don’t share another person’s information without the right to do so.
You own the content you create. You grant us only the permission we need to host and process it so we can provide the app to you. As described in our Privacy Policy, what you keep private stays private — it’s never shown to the other person or silently shared — and we don’t use your conversations to train AI models.
When you dictate, your audio is sent to our speech-to-text provider to turn it into text and isn’t kept; the AI can also speak back in a generated voice. The AI is a tool to support your reflection and conversation — not professional advice — and you’re responsible for how you act on it.
Use Evo for Relationships lawfully and respectfully. Don’t misuse it, try to break, probe, or overload it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to harm others or violate anyone’s rights.
Evo for Relationships is free while we’re in beta. If we introduce pricing later, we’ll set it out clearly before it applies; our intention is a values-based sliding scale with the same features at every tier, and people who join during the beta won’t lose access to what they have for free during the beta.
The app is in beta. It’s provided “as is,” may change or be removed, and might not always work perfectly — that’s part of building it with you.
We work hard to keep the app reliable and safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, it’s provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Because Evo for Relationships is provided free during the beta, our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to US$100. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold EvolveWell, Inc. harmless from claims arising out of your use of the app, the content you put into it, how you treat another person through it, or your breach of these terms — except to the extent caused by us.
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect people using the app. Provisions that should reasonably survive (like content ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnification) will. You can export your data — see the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and EvolveWell, Inc. agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute that isn’t otherwise resolved, except that either party may seek injunctive relief where appropriate.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. If we make a meaningful change, we’ll update the date above and let you know. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
